WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE THIS COURSE?
Stress in the workplace is defined by the Health and Safety Executive as the adverse reaction people have to excessive pressure or other types of demand placed on them. Stress at work can be down to several factors and all too often it can be down to a poorly structured job, poor organisation and management. This results in a person’s capacity for dealing with stress being exceeded so they can no longer cope. The outcome can produce significant illness and disease in some cases.
