WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE THIS COURSE?
Over half a million workplace accidents occur each year, with 168,000 of those employees being absent for 7 days or more. Illness affects people in the workplace also, in total nearly 38.8 million working days are lost each year, with 0.7 million workers sustaining a nonfatal injury. These statistics highlight the importance of having an awareness of first aid.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?
Our basic first aid course is essential for everyone, no matter if it’s at work or at home. You just never know when you may need to use your first aid skills and have a real impact in potentially saving someone’s life. In this course you will understand why, when, and how to deliver basic first aid treatment.
*Please note that this is an awareness course only and is not the same as First Aid at Work (FAW). We can provide the FAW & EFAW courses separately and this must be delivered as face-to-face training.

The course lasts approximately 30-40 minutes in total.
