WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE THIS COURSE?

Equality, diversity and inclusion promotes opportunity for all, giving everyone the chance to achieve their potential, free from prejudice and discrimination. Although sometimes used interchangeably, the terms ‘equality’ and ‘diversity’ are not the same.  This training explains what equality and diversity is and isn’t! It will also explain how to spot and react to unfair discrimination.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?

The course will help employers and managers to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and methods to avoid any discrimination taking place in the workplace.

The training course lasts approximately 20-30 minutes in total.
