WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE THIS COURSE?

According to the National Bullying Helpline, over 80% of managers admit that bullying has occurred within their organisation. This startling statistic serves as a reminder that bullying and harassment is something that we should all work towards eliminating.

By educating your staff on how to identify and prevent harassment, you can promote a safer workplace, stay compliant with the law, and reduce the risk of facing expensive claims or penalties.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?

All staff should have this training.  From 26 October 2024, employers must take proactive measures to prevent sexual harassment at work, including from third parties. Failure to do so could lead to legal consequences.
