Our display screen equipment training course and assessment have been developed to provide employees with an informative approach to the risks associated with DSE work and the knowledge of how ergonomic principles can be adopted to reduce some of the risks encountered.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?
Our Display Screen Equipment lessons are for anyone who uses electronic equipment during their course of work. The training course is designed for employees with little or no knowledge of Display Screen Equipment, so is ideal for induction and refresher training.
COURSE AND TIMINGS
The training course lasts approximately 30-40 minutes, and the assessment takes 10 minutes.
By the end of the course, you will have learnt:
- The safe use of display screen equipment (DSE)
- The extent of the potential health hazards from work with display screen equipment
- The legal requirements for managing display screen equipment
- Steps that can be taken to make sure you can work in a comfortable position
